Express post delivery: $15 (Up to 5kg in prepaid satchel). Extra charges may apply.
We use a courier service and Australia Post to send your packages. All packages will be sent tracked and a tracking number can be provided upon request. No PO Box or Parcel Locker delivery.
Delivery Timeframe:
Allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed and packed, although in most cases your order will be sent the next business day. Delivery timeframe is estimated between 2-5 workings days and in some cases up to 10 working days (eg. Perth, rural or remote locations). If you require a quicker delivery time, please select Express Post as the option during checkout. BabyDonkie cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
We observe all NSW public holidays. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping should the item/s you are purchasing be bulky or heavy, or if you live in a remote location not serviced by our normal courier. If this applies we will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with the additional costing options.
International Orders
Note: Free shipping does not apply for international orders. We do not ship to USA or Canada.
Regular delivery to New Zealand: $22
Regular delivery to Rest of the Word: $38.50
All international deliveries will be sent by Airmail with no insurance and is not traceable. BabyDonkie cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing.
Payment for international orders must be paid using PayPal and prices are in Australian dollars. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be invoiced separately. Delivery timeframe is estimated as 3 weeks. Please email us at info@babydonkie.com.au prior to making an order.
Incorrect address or returned parcels
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
Ordering & Payment
Orders can be made securely through our website. We accept credit card payments through eWay, Afterpay, PayPal and direct deposits.

Please ensure you leave your order number and name as a reference when transferring funds. Note, orders paid for by bank deposit will only be sent once payment has cleared which can take 2-3 business days.
Afterpay
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay splits your payments over four equal instalments due every fortnight. Nominate the debit card or credit card you want to use and Afterpay will schedule automatic payments for you.
Get approved instantly and securely
No long forms or detailed personal information. Afterpay simply uses your nominated bank card to process your application on the spot.
Manage your account
After your order is processed at BabyDonkie, Afterpay will confirm your payment and send you details about your account. You can log on at any time to view your orders, payments and account information.
